Sorry, no. This would invalidate the owner’s insurance and leave all parties uncovered in the event of an incident/accident at the property.
Bookings run from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
These times must be adhered to, to allow sufficient cleaning time between lets.
We do not offer cancellation insurance. Once you make a booking, you are legally bound to pay for the holiday in full. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. If you cancel 8 weeks prior to date of booking, payment for holiday must be made in full.
However, if we are able to re-book, we will re-emburse payment in full.
